Pros

No nights or weekends Weekly pay Ability to build your own route and control your revenue

Cons

Caddy co-workers, too much gossip and back stabbing, nobody really wants to work. Try to talk to office and they refer you to the owner. Owner only cares about what they want to see not what other employees tell them. Office manager tries her best but is constantly scrutinized by the owner. Owner has no real world relation to being a pay check to pay check employee. They claim to have an open door policy but the door is only open if the conversation is what they want to hear.

Getting to know great customers, helping and knowing more experience.

Worked very very hard with not enough pay. Looking for a good paying job currently full time.
