Cons

This company bought the nursing home i worked at. Everything just got worse. Terrible communication, lack of leadership/direction/ethics. Bad staffing ration, sometimes one aide per floor. Terrible benefits.

Sometimes feeling overworked and burnt out. The people who are great are really a pleasure to work with. The ones in leadership who are difficult to work with aren't held accountable and leadership doesn't do much about it.

Monarch is all about making money they will fill up facilities without enough staff so allot of us were working for two and getting paid for one
