      Absolutely abominable management. Greedy, don't care about the residents or their staff. Only care about the profit.

      Willing to negotiate, fun personalities

      Cons

      Cuts corners, hires inexperienced and unqualified people to replace accomplished staff so they can pay them less, unwilling to hire sufficient staff, disorganized, puts profit above wellbeing of residents at all times, ignores the low morale of staff, overall greedy and incompetent company.

      Great support staff, bad management

      Pros

      I worked here for about two years. Almost all the RNs and CNAs I worked with loved and truly cared for their residents, which created a really nurturing environment that was great to work in.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. It seemed like they never cared about us being fully staffed and did not care about the residents, which is ultimately why I decided to leave.
