Terrible, they did not pay me the agreed upon wage I was hired for and it took months for HR to fix the problem.

Good pay, good hours, overtime, friendly environment, not much else.

Cons

Incredibly stressful, high turnover rate, short staffed, can be terminated for not working a mandated shift (16 hour shift) ,poor management, HR is unprofessional, nurses don't help CNAs. Micromanagement from nearly every department from housekeeping, kitchen staff , activities aides and of course upper management.
