      I work in the corporate office supporting our facilities, and I’ve had a really positive experience. The organization has a strong mission and you can genuinely see the impact of the work being done across our communities. Leadership is accessible and supportive, and there is a real emphasis on collaboration across departments and with facility teams.

      Cons

      Like many growing organizations, priorities can shift quickly at times, which can make it challenging to balance competing projects.

      Caring co-workers - feels like one big family, flexible scheduling, good benefits

      Cons

      Need more nursing staff - hours/shifts available. Our rural setting is the challenge, but it's an easy commute from Mankato, New Ulm, St. James, and Wabasso.
