- Willingness to train - great outside compensation such as gift cards - Hard to get fired

Cons

- Unrealistic expectations - does everything the complicated way and will make you do 10 extra steps for something that could be done in 3 steps - Lives and breathes the hierarchy. if you are the bottom, you must go to through the immediate supervisor for something that is not in my supervisors purview such has HR related questions - Maintenance staff get way more benefits then an office worker. way more benefits and compensation - CEO said we are overpaid even though we aren't paid enough to afford an apartment at the property we work at.

Pros

Monarch is a well-organized, well-run, family-owned multifamily management company that has grown out of Franktown, CO to become one of the largest PMC's in the nation. They definitely expect dedication and excellence from their employees, but I have always been treated well and have felt like a part of the team since day 1 of being hired. It's a great place to build your career whether that's onsite or in the corporate office.

Cons

Compared to other companies, their PTO policy can be a little frustrating. Instead of getting "X" amount of days off at the beginning of the year, your PTO is accrued. This can make it difficult to plan days off.
