      Perks for longevity like sabbatical and profit interest. Annual events that incorporate families to come together and relax. Structure with policies, but entrepreneurial spirit!

      Pros

      Incredibly HUMBLE Ownership. They actually care about their employees! It shows through great employee recognition programs and awards. Good Blue Cross benefits. 401k match they started a few years ago by LISTENING to their Employees which is awesome. Room to grow in 22 States. They Focus on Promotion from within. Owner Managed Company too which sets Monarch a part from other Property Management companies
