      Worst Job I've ever Had

      Happy hours, good coworkers, nice offices

      I am not even kidding, this was the worst job I ever had in my career. This place is insultingly unprofessional. They work you all day everyday, berate you in front of others pressuring you to get the perfect subs everyday and threatening PIPs if you don't live up to their lofty expectations every single day. (Hey management, everybody talks to each other so we're aware that you're putting people on PIPs and firing them the next day) They must be scrambling right now because everyone is quitting. Do not start working here. Management is the worst, you'll be pressuring candidates into roles, lying to candidates and clients it feels entirely unethical.

      - Young & lively since 97% of the company is under the age of 30. Take that with a grain of salt. - Great collaboration between offices. Even though each individual location is small, you have the opportunity to connect with dozens of other AMs & recruiters across the nation

      Cons

      - Toxic toxic toxic - No clear business functions, morals, and ethics - No clear territories - Ever changing quotas & expectations making it almost impossible to climb the ladder - Absolutely no company culture. No incentives. Nothing to look forward to.
