      Pros

      Growing company with opportunity for growth if you get in with the right people and if you like micro management.

      Cons

      This place is micromanaged by immature 25 year olds. I did my job and stayed out of everyone's way, and I had the team lead in DC breathing down my back calling me stupid for something I didn't realize I did. If you are late into the office by 3 minutes, they will blow up your phone. It's not worth it to fight them or stay at this job where you're micro managed. They even micro manage your sales process. I would stay away from the DC or Philly locations.

      WATCH OUT... Not a Real Company

      You have a job and there are some cool coworkers that you can complain about management with.

      Cons

      Mondo is not a real company. For the first few years they did not even have an HR department. Now even with an HR department you can not even submit complaints. The managers mentally harass their employees and are VERY unprofessional

      -Young environment -Encouraging management at first

      -Stressful all the time - management starts firing people so quickly, high turnover -says open vacation...not true -cold calling is the majority of your day -emailing is the other part of your day
