      Pros

      Mondo has been impressive to me from the start. From day 1 I have felt like I have unlimited resources to helping me achieve my goals. The team here is working towards one goal: that's to make the ATL office as successful as possible. The office is not even a year old, but has grown tremendously because of everyone's hard work. As for Mondo itself, you can pick up the phone and call anyone in any office and they go out of their way to help you. This goes for management and upper management as well. The CEO is always available by email, phone or g-chat. It's hard work, but the positivity and culture make it so worth it.

      Cons

      The hours are long; you're busy every minute of the day. But the opportunity for growth within the company (and your bank acct) makes it worth it!
