Pros
I still work here and I still love it. It's provided a lot of room for me to grow a business in a place that has process, but it's still a way to have something of your own, as much as you put in is what you get out. We're each treated like we own a business and any new business owner knows starting a new business takes a lot of work, a lot of hustle and a lot of maintenance.
Cons
The con is when people leave and they write disgruntling comments. It's work. I think because we have fun in the office and goof off sometimes, people get thrown off when they are held accountable to certain measurements. Not sure why they don't realize this is still a workplace with strong goals, which managers do a good job of explaining so. It's just annoying because if you want to do well, work really hard and work with the team everyone is always successful.
