      Some of you coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Hours are 8AM - 6:30, 7:00 PM, company as a whole micromanages. Management snaps at you if you make a mistake. The only people that stay here long-term are people that don't understand that this culture isn't normal for a corporate company.

      Mondo shouldn't even be titled a company. This is the saddest excuse for a functioning workplace that I can even describe. This is a company for you if you are looking to be gaslit on a daily basis from management who have no idea how to properly run a company. If you want to be screamed at on a daily basis in front of your peers then Mondo is the place for you! I have genuine PTSD from the way I was treated here. DO NOT accept a job offer from here. Also every positive review on here is from people who currently work at Mondo and were bribed with an amazon gift card to write something positive about this pathetic sinking ship. Save yourself

      Pros

      They hire awesome people. Your peers end up feeling like family since you are with them 50+ hours a week, and are required to respond to any gchat, text, email or call within minutes of receiving it.

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the extreme. If you don't want to think on your own, this place is great. Just do as your told, regardless of what you were told the day before. Prepare to feel disposable, and to have things pulled out from under you.
