      Don't let the nice smiles and pretty faces fool you, this is just another agency

      Young team, decent culture, it was a fun group of smart young people

      Cons

      One of the worst commission structures of any agency I've seen, they actually cut their payouts 2 years in a row. Management is still in high school, or they act like it, whether you have a job is very much based on favoritism. And you will definitely be threatened daily with losing your job if you don't close more deals, just another 'perk' of the job I guess. They also don't care that they're a churn n burn company, they just look to add more people to replace the 45% of their sales force that quits on a monthly bases (yea you read that right, almost 50% attrition. MONTHLY). Imagine seeing a whole new office every month, that's Mondo.

      - Decent pay - Cool co-workers for the most part *I would STRONGLY encourage everyone considering working for Mondo to go read the reviews of "Bluewolf". This company just changed it's name at the start of April and is the sole reason there is a 90%+ approval already.

      Cons

      Management is totally clueless. *Like I mentioned, go read the reviews of the company "Bluewolf". Mondo is just the new name for the IT Staffing arm of Bluewolf. Also the reason the company has 15+ "very satisfied" reviews is because management told everyone to go write good reviews to boost the approval rating. Mondo has only existed for a month. If you are smart you would realize the only way to get that many positive reviews in such a short time is having employees do them to alter the perception of the bad company.

      Upper management and leadership are completely out of touch with reality. President and those under are complete bullies to other employees below them. Micromanagement from all managers, tracking every little thing the entire day. Constantly being bothered and messaged outside of work hours. Every tiny thing that goes wrong seems like the end of the world. Tries to make you discuss your “learns” whenever things go wrong and make you apologize for something that usually isn’t even your fault/problem. It’s all a social game with whoever is managements favorite, and there is constant drama. If you want a place that respects you and offers a fair, healthy workplace, this is not for you.
