High Workpressure On multiple occasions, employees have been subjected to unprofessional behavior — including being shouted at publicly — even when they were not at fault.

- very few people get raises, promotions, bonuses - constant layoffs - extremely bloated senior leadership teams who are constantly fighting/at odds politically - no clear vision from leadership - big talk about AI, which are really tools the rest of the public have access to - politics and in-fighting between agency teams that have been acquired - bad work/life balance
