Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts - both your positive experience with various aspects of our environment and areas where we can make improvements. As we've grown, we've added new capabilities and positions, which have presented opportunities for some of our people to contribute to the development of certain roles and functions. This is one of the ways in which we partner internally. We are also always looking for room to grow and improve. We encourage you to share specifics on your ramp up and onboarding experience with your manager and/or our talent development lead. We would appreciate the opportunity to make meaningful enhancements in these areas. Thanks again!

Pros

- Other people think the job sounds cool to be on Instagram / paid for it - See behind the scenes of a campaign - Lola the office dog

Cons

- Extremely high turnover rate, it was not worth learning people's names since there were new faces almost every week. -Low work morale amongst co-workers, and many unhappy faces - Favoritism from the management - Questionable ethics - Unrealistic demands, specifically for the Influencer Development team, treated like a human search engine. Lack of respect from other departments, and unclear communication amongst teams.
