Pros

I’m currently a SDR Team Lead at Monograph, and I can genuinely say that working under Ariane Hatfield (SDR Manager) has been one of the most meaningful and impactful chapters of my career. When I joined Monograph as an SDR, I came in eager to learn, grow, and prove myself. But it was Ariane’s leadership that truly helped me step into my potential. She saw something in me before I fully saw it in myself. She gave me structure, poured into my development, and believed in me on days I didn’t even believe in myself. Ariane leads with a rare blend of heart, grit, and strategy. She’s been in the trenches, and because of that, she just gets it. She understands the ups and downs of this journey, and she shows up every single day with intention, coaching, guiding, challenging, and celebrating you along the way. She built a culture where you feel safe to fail, supported to grow, and encouraged to bet on yourself. I wouldn’t be where I am without her. And I don’t say that lightly. If you're someone who’s hungry to grow, not just professionally, but personally too, this is the kind of team you want to be on. Ariane’s the kind of leader who builds people up. And Monograph is the kind of place where that growth truly happens.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment, and expectations are high, but when you have the right leadership and culture, it becomes fuel for growth, not stress.

Pros

Ever met a leader who challenges you and inspires you at the same time (lol). That's what you'll get when joining the on-site SDR team at Monograph. My manager’s feedback is always very direct and clear. It keeps me on my toes which is actually pretty exciting. She's hands down one of the funniest people you’ll enjoy learning from and so far, she leads with honesty. Even when it’s difficult to hear some of the areas we need to level up in. Every rep on her team knows how invested she is in the company but also in their professional success. From spiffs, to weekly recognition, to breaking pipeline records and celebrating our wins and losses together there’s no doubt you’ll never face a dull moment on the floor. The CEO and CTO are the smartest and most involved executives I've ever met and they come to the Tempe office a few times per quarter. Open door policy — NO BS!

Cons

Constant change which causes some communication challenges from the top down. Quotas change more than anticipated but it seems like its for the better. Vibes dip when high energy leaders leave the room.

Pros

The sales org has a strong structure with great opportunities for career advancement. In late 2024, the SDR team faced high turnover, and no one was hitting quota. Now, with new leaders like Ariane, the team is performing at its highest level. Ariane brings a positive attitude, and her team genuinely wants to exceed goals for her. She consistently pushes her SDRs to excel and actively advocates for our career growth.

Cons

I love going to work at Monograph every day, and I believe the company is at its strongest point since I’ve been here.
