Pros

Good team culture, celebrates wins

Cons

Extremely high-pressure SDR environment with a heavy churn-and-burn culture. Hitting activity metrics and booking meetings often didn’t matter unless opportunities converted to SQOs, which created unrealistic expectations for reps. Turnover was constant, and I personally saw around 10 people let go during my time there. Leadership quality was also inconsistent, with some managers lacking the experience or track record needed to effectively coach and support their teams.

Pros

- Pay is above industry standard - Comission is based on controllable targets (i.e, not closed deals or things in AE's control.) -In person team is amazing, the whole company is great but the tempe team has a fun/competitive vibe to it that I see growing into a beautiful culture

Cons

-None at the moment. - I was very skeptical taking this job due toe the specific poor reviews of SDR management, and the rapid loss of previous SDR's. But the executive team has acknowledged that and the new management is amazing, seriously. Even the seasoned reps agree the company has made 100% turnaround.

Pros

Decent Product, nice market fit.

Cons

Company has done at least 3 rounds of layoffs over the last couple years that I'm aware of. Bloated the sales team then layoff everyone you hired at EOY.... Beware of what they say during interviews - even the most tenured employees feel like they could be let go tomorrow. Not a great way to run a company. CEO likely to blame for this.
