You get out early on fridays. Free coffee and teas. The holiday party is awesome. If you want a forever job, you can make it here.

Cons

Poor employee morale. Nepotism. Leadership only listens to those who look like them.

Pros

Fridays are half days and there are is a lot of Free food at mandatory events. The medical benefits are decent, great vision plan.

Cons

I've never seen such a disorganized institution. It is deceitful, as their main focus is making money, not educating minorities. They treat their staff like peasants and upper mgmt is very condescending. Very poor work/life balance as well.
