      Great people but new corporate business ethics bad for employees

      Great people; innovators; thinkers; and really cool stuff

      Cons

      Without negotiating with the employees, NY corporate headquarters took away straight-time-overtime from employees across the US who negotiated it as a part of their pay before hire, and provided a minimal compensation package with the expectation that the employees still work those long overtime hours - and then told the employees it was "to be fair to the other employees who don't get straight-time-overtime."

      Pros

      good vacation but not fairly used across the employees, good benefits compared to industry standard, work flexibility

      Cons

      Vacation is unfair, resulting in some employees taking a lot and others not much. Pay has been changed resulting in unfair change in job compensation (other companies pay more).
