      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic. The company culture is one that values your time away from work as much as it values your contribution at work.

      Cons

      The new executive team is making a lot of changes. The changes have so far been rolled out incomplete. The loss of equal time pay for salaried employees has been extremely tough. What was once a truely unique place to work is slowly being changed to being like any other space and defense corporation.

      They know how to get the job done, are accountable for their work, and are very valuable resources for onboarding new hires.

      Cons

      Stuck or placed in very outdated or inaccurate job descriptions that do not match current roles and responsibilities. In turn, this greatly hinders or prevents career growth.
