Our Flexible Planned Vacation Policy was designed in efforts to promote this value and encourage a healthy work/life balance. With our Flexible Planned Vacation Policy, employees can effectively manage their personal needs with their work responsibilities. Thank you for your review and for your 9+ years of service with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed Moog’s benefits and company events; however, what you describe in the Cons and Advice to Management fields is not what we strive for. At Moog, a top priority is to create a positive, empowering work environment for everyone. Leaders and managers that encourage and support our employees are key to keeping our Moog culture strong.
