You get to work to your potential, and get paid accordingly. Always lots of opportunity for getting more knowledge in the industry and growth. Most people you work with are highly motivated and want everyone they work with to win.

Cons

Not a good place for someone who is not motivated to get better.

Great people! Still a company that demands and rewards true performance. A company that still listens and who I believe tries deeply to improve their business for their employee's and their customer's. The pay generally matches right up to what you have earned. And the money that you want to make is there to make if you put the work in. The people that don't fit into this company are the people expecting something for nothing. I like my manager. I like that we have new good equipment and when things break they get fixed. If I ask for a tool that will help me do my job I generally get it.

Cons

Benefits could always improve in cost but I understand the costs also determine the value of the benefits. I'm glad I have the opportunity to have a benefits package though a bit expensive has actual value and I view as a benefit.
