Pros

Money can be good. Ability to grow.

Cons

A lot of hours are needed to make good money. No flexibility with weekends off with the little exception of a "No Pay" weekend off, every 2- 3 months. 12 hour shifts on Saturdays.

Pros

* Upper management definitely listens - I can't tell you how many times I've been asked for my opinion. * Excellent co-workers * Team atmosphere * Excellent CEO

Cons

* Pay could be higher - but I can't say I've ever been satisfied with my pay anywhere else either.
