There are many likeable, friendly, great people who work at Mor. Employee purchase discounts and Friends & Family discounts are a nice perk. Company marketing strategy is focused on providing great value to customers, so one can feel good about working for a company that provides customers with good deals on furniture.

Cons

Working hours for certain positions can be tough. I feel badly for salespeople who work practically every weekend and holiday.
