      Pros

      Watching the process of a service being built that now serves the community more than in the past. Working as a team, the production line, materials, paint department, finals, PDI, and traffic. Each area works in small teams to get the job done. My areas team we are a small family. We are the first and last to handle the units. Gives the since of pride seeing it go from chassis to truck. The open-door policy. The ability of promotion within the company.

      Seeing the same delays each month and watching the employees get pushed and not working on the root cause.
