-The pay is good compared to surrounding areas, and I've gotten a raise each year based on performance. -Clean and safe environment. I've been at several plants that have a lot of by-products and clutter everywhere, and this place has always been well maintained. -While the building is not climate controlled it is fully enclosed, and the temperature is relatively stable year-round. -The company is solid and is profitable. My last company shut down, and its nice not to worry about job security.

Morgan Olson is a great company to work for. They always motivate you to learn more and being the best you can be at what you do. Another pro would include the willingness to promote from within and giving others the opportunity for advancement. What I like about the company is that we are treated like family, we care about each other and we push each other to be successful. They also have a rewards program(Workhuman) as well as a discount program(Perkspot) that you can utilize on your favorite hotels and restaurants etc. I also like the fact that Morgan Olson is passionate about making sure we deliver top quality vehicles to our customer that meets or goes above and beyond their expectations. It makes us proud to say we built that!
