The residents are fantastic and a pleasure to be around. The residents and staff looked up to me as if I was the Director/Manager, which was admirable, at first.

Cons

Little room for growth. Nepotism. Demanding and expecting more from underpaid positions. Dishonest.

Provided PTO. However, it was cut from the amount that was offer before the pandemic.

Cons

No 403b, and raises we’re on hold for over a year. Raises are only 3% per year, if you are lucky.
