Pros

There are some good people and I like to think that I made some good friends while employed there.

Cons

Company preaches “culture” on the daily without practicing it. Upper management leadership skills are pompous and condescending without a clue of the realities happening on the floor. Management is unapproachable and lose their temper when you ask for assistance. A “pass the buck” approach to violations and wrong-doings where employees become scapegoats for the infractions of upper management. Quickly sever ties when they feel you’re not aligned with their “culture” and office politics.

Good Place to Work- Could be Better

- Coworkers are mostly friendly - Starting pay is fair for most positions - Opportunities for overtime

Cons

- Inconsistent structure for raises/ pay scale - Short breaks - Disconnect between salaried and hourly employees typical of most shops
