Pros

Its a big company with great benefits. The 401k retirement plan really stands out. You get to see the products made in just about any grocery store, so the brand is easily recognizable. Easy Job, so easy I never once used the degree I earned for this position.

Cons

Upper management was terrible. I was rudely put down and spoken down to by upper management, mainly HR, because I made decisions they didn't like. Nepotism runs rampant. Retaliation is Common. Gossip spreads like wildfire. Employees are leaving in droves, they all complain about management. Many people are over worked. Supervisors like to pawn off their work to other departments because they don't want to sit and do the training with contractors. Shady Business practices. Extremely disconnected from the headquarters in Chicago. Many times, I was left waiting for project approvals because purchasers in Chicago would only respond by email. Phone calls were never answered.

Pros

Great pay, all the overtime you could want if that's your thing. Benefits are ok, not bad, not great either.

Cons

Lots of forced overtime. No place for someone that has a family. Major lack of communication and management likes to blame the employees for all setbacks. Employee moral is horribly low.

Pros

The only good this about working is the pay and the benefits that you get once your down with temp service

Cons

This company is a joke to work for. The management there does not care about the employees and what they have to say and will run you to the ground. As for the food grade plant at canveral is a joke there's nothing food grade about it. They store product in a temporary warehouse since it opened that's dirty and always have water in them that smell like mold and mildew and it just a joke. You have have to become a master mechanic to fix equipment. Morton moto is run it till it breaks and production is more important than anything.
