The transformation occurring at the top has not transcended into the field. Processes and programs have been created across business segments, but local management views these changes as extra work. Poor change management has resulted in lack of support for these programs. Buildings are in disrepair, practically falling down - workplace safety is poor, and the company should be ashamed. Passion for the brand is not seen or lived throughout the operation. Funds are not contributed to building upkeep, so you wouldn't expect money spent on branding to honor "the girl" in the field either. Poor management - the company is not hiring talent or strong leaders with LSS/process improvement skill set to help turn the company around. Management teams are not held accountable for employee engagement or development which has resulted in very low morale.
