Being a huge important part of the client's life, paid vacation with unlimited PTO, and my bosses are amazing also

Pros

There were effectively no pros to working at Mosaic; wiping poop from a butt will never be fun, but I did appreciate the opportunity to care for such sweet individuals.

Cons

Managers all seem like they're on a power trip. Co-workers were always deeply entrenched within their own drama and made working at the home extremely toxic and utterly unbearable.
