Learned a lot about the industry

Cons

People would get iced in the office and expected to drink mid day, its was extremely competitive, the company has a bad wrap in the industry for its practices which makes it even harder work to do.

honestly, can't think of any pros.

Cons

management will fire you if you don't meet up to their (unstated) standards. I only worked there for a couple months and saw several people quit or get fired. The turn over ratio is crazy. Also, they have a toxic work culture and very shameful for not meeting standards, not in a productive way.

Racism, sexism, and homophobia at every level of management, even in Human Resources. Management and leadership constantly reported to HR with no recourse. No real assistant to employees who feel discriminated upon or disrespected.
