      Fun environment when things are going well

      Cons

      They lie to you about oay being industry standard, you can go to almost any other recruiting firm and immediately be on a commision plan but they sell you on the dream of doing 10 deals before you're worthy of that, then you only get pennies of your deals until you become a lead, then you go on draw. They will sell this to you as normal, this is NOT the case across the industry. Please do your research with literally any other firm before accepting.

      Pros

      Met some amazing friends here, everyone tried really hard to get promoted before they quit. Donuts sometimes. New office.

      Cons

      Terrible terrible management. Doing the same 4 trainings every week I leave my house at 7 ish and get home at 6:30. Almost a 12 hour day. The managers have gotten stricter since the acquisition. 7 people quit in 2 months. Micromangement to the tee-they are constantly on you for hitting numbers. I once did a deal and was still scolded for not hitting my daily numbers that day. Constant nagging. Company is dying, heard they were on a hiring freeze even after the 7 people quit in 2 months.
