- Nice Office in Downtown Denver - Good entry-level sales experience to advance your career - Commission structure pays well once you have done 18 deals and are at a Lead seat

Cons

Motion is extremely hierarchical. Recruiters are promoted as quickly as possible into management seats that they are not ready for, some after just 8 months. This leads to an immature management staff and employees who are set up to fail. Overall, management at Motion promotes a very competitive and toxic culture. Communication regarding best practices and policies also lacks within the company; it can be difficult to get answers.

Streamlined learning process of recruiting / Solid views from the 11th floor of the building / that's about it

Cons

Probably the worse pay in recruiting for the LA area (but they own up to that) / Takes a minute to get commission depending on what team you get placed on / Stereotypical "if you're not bought in, you can leave" management / If you're killing it, they'll still find something wrong with your workflow cause you can always be earning the company (and the top manager) more money / Management constantly threatened to fire people and made employees know they were replaceable
