Those same talented coworkers along with myself were bamboozled into working for a company that has a “vision” but no plan of action. Training was non-existent. Goals were unclear. CEO and Senior Execs speak of culture and community, but in reality would sell an employee down the river to save a buck. Sure, the catered lunches and happy hours seem like a sweet deal, but they’ll pay those bills before they’ll pay a commission check. Thank you, next.

I took a chance in thinking working for a brokerage (One Point) that a tech company owned would rise us to the top. Instead, we were used like lab rats for a year so Keeptruckin could gather data from real life brokers. The CEO clearly had an ulterior motive the entire time our brokerage was in operation, or he was so incompetent that he could not see the conflict of interest from the beginning in having a smart load board for other brokerages to use, while owning his own brokerage. I honestly feel for the great employees that still work at Keeptruckin. They have to go to work everyday knowing that their CEO could call a meeting 30 minutes in advance and shut the entire company down AND THEN only give them 15 minutes to pack their stuff and get out. Please stay away from this company and their leaders if you care about your career.
