If your looking for a company with a outstanding unique culture, then KT is the place for you. At KT people are fun, respectful, and most of all hardworking. This is a fast-paced environment with plenty of potential for career growth. From my experience, KeepTruckin is loaded with talented individuals in all departments.

Cons

The SDR role can be grueling due to working on east coast hours, but that is something you just have to get used to. It took me about a month to get acclimated with eastern time start.

This job is really great, especially in the SDR role there is a lot of opportunity in a starer role. People who are willing to work hard get rewarded quickly and there is always the chance to talk to the CEO, upper management, and anyone with suggestions, questions, or feedback. As for the company, calling leads to a generally positive response when people here the company we call from is KeepTruckin. We have a strong positive reputation both to our competitors and to our current and potential clients. The office has a good balance of tenure so there are lots of opportunities to learn while still having fun.

Cons

The atmosphere in sales in particular has a high focus on competition, however a low focus on training, causing a bit of tension with little opportunity for modification.

- Smart, humble, hungry co-founders: there are plenty of smart C-level folks in the startup space, but most are purely money driven and could care less about their team. these guys are different. they care about the team, have integrity, listen to ideas and of course want to win! - Strong product roadmap and quick execution by product - Lots to do, plenty of processes to build

Cons

- Fastest growth in employee heads I've ever seen, which leads to a big gap in institutional knowledge - Plenty of processes to build (a con for those averse to startups)
