The atmosphere is very collegial. The starting pay is not bad for community college.

Cons

Every division/department is a silo. Information or events occurring in other departments are often not shared in a timely manner.

Awesome knowledgeable staff that lead you in the right direction. Setup and structure very defined.

Cons

For a beginner, there was a lot to go through and not much startup structure, but it is a huge system to maintain and going through it is part of the fun.

good atmosphere, nice people decent pay, and for the most you keep busy which is very important to a productive work day.

Cons

not enough hours, no full time employment, and no room for full time positions, which is a down fall for me, but other than that its a nice place to work.
