Over-drinking at company AND CLIENT events, unprofessional employee behavior in-front of and with clients and when incidents are reported to HR, the reporters are pushed out (sometimes immediately). Most female employees fear retaliation for speaking up. But leadership sweeps it under the rug and protects problematic people that drink too much and cross a line (multiple times) if you close big deals. Sales team was not a friendly environment to females. Ultimately reached a point where I was so demotivated not seeing any action taken against very problematic employees (yes multiple) that I no longer cared about my role or the company’s success despite loving my day-to-day team and the original core product.
