Pros
Their core studio product is still their bread and butter and the people remain the strongest asset of the company, but they've been bleeding employees since the acquistion.
Cons
They have been sinking more and more resources into the Da Vinci product and have been running on the treadmill. Churning out both employees and clients. The culture has slowly devolved from something aspirational to tribal mentality. I used to love this company, but what was once a darling, is now a shadow of it's former splendor.
