Having been in the work force for more years than I care to admit, I know the things that are important for me in choosing a place to work. Movemedical is a modern, growing company with great owners, great people, and great clients. Here are some of the pros that have made me very happy in my decision to join Move: * Very competitive and fair compensation with great potential for advancement. *Excellent comprehensive benefits that do not take a large chunk of money out of your check. * Excellent location and amenities - a modern, collaborative work space, free snacks and drinks, catered lunches, a break room with ping pong table and outdoor basketball court, clean facilities, and modern office equipment. It's hard to describe until you see it for yourself. * People and culture. There are no politics and everyone works together to support each other towards the company's mission and vision. *Disruptive technology in the medical supply chain industry that is solving problems and improving our clients lives. *Unlimited time off policy, without a ton of restrictions. People actually take time off. :) No matter what position you are joining with, you will be greeted as part of the family and given the opportunity to grow and thrive. Don't get me wrong, there are challenges and problems to solve with complex proprietary software but the environment itself is very positive and helpful. Work hard, play hard.

This is the best company and leadership team I have ever worked for. If you are able to take responsibility for your own work this is a great place to grow. This is my 7th company I have worked for since graduating college and Movemedical is more merit-based than any of them. If you produce, then you are valued. Often you need to be able to solve problems and suggest ideas on your own, and I love that. If you have an idea, the owners listen. Also, the people are really smart. Being part of a team where you can trust the intellect and work ethic of your team is very important to me. In my experience, the leaders of the company care deeply about each employee that really puts forth an effort. You see the President and the CEO working hard all the time and that motivates the rest of us. The relaxed open door policy is nice as well. Also, since we are solving problems that no one else has ever been able to solve, I feel confident that we are really helping our clients.
