Decent Place to Work. Not Amazing. Not terrible.

Pros

Good benefits and nice location.

Cons

Company culture is lacking. Management doesn't always nurture employees for advancement or mentor. Like many San Diego tech companies, pay is decent, but not great relative to the high cost of living in SD. Whereas L.A. and San Francisco corporations pay more to accommodate for how expensive it is to live in those cities.

Pros

Has potential to be a breakthrough company Complimentary Snacks and a huge coffee machine Quiet office

Cons

Extremely high turnover, tons of complaints from employees about how upper management does not care about them Culture is really non existent, hardly anyone congregates. Lack of structure, it constantly changed and there's no solid plan which leaves employees confused.

Some truth to this review regarding it being a quiet office with less socializing (much of the office is introverts), and based on this review, we discuss that with candidates to make sure it's a good fit for them. I would encourage candidates to talk with our employees and get their take on how they feel management cares about them - you will likely hear a different view than this review.

Pros

- Culture that promotes and challenges you to be the best at what you do. And it's not just lip service, there is are opportunities for everyone to improve their professional skills daily. - Freedom to fix/improve anything you see fit - Cutting edge tech stack - Everyone works extremely hard but has an equal amount of fun

Cons

- Constant change due to Movemedical being a small company. Not a good fit for people who aren't eager self-starters.
