There are several experiences that has profoundly shaped my understanding of character and excellence was when my teams and I faced a significant projects setback. We were at a crossroads and the easy path would have been to place a blame or give in to frustration. However, I witnessed our team's resilience and commitment to upholding Mphasis core values of integrity and collaboration. In those moments, I realized that it's during the toughest times that our character truly shines. The experience taught me the importance of leading by example and fostering an environment where character and excellence are not just ideals but lived principles.
