      maybe as a trainee, I got good sources to learn new things

      low hike rate and not sufficient projects. employees always on bench

      Pros

      ELLA the training center is good for freshers to stay and learn because it's free. Food is cheap over there. Co-workers are good and helpful. Ample of time to roam around with friends because you'll be benched for long time.

      Cons

      Training is bad. Management is poor. Hr are really bad at their jobs. Career growth is miserable. Stringent useless rules. JAVA trainee getting JAVA project is a myth over there. Testing is the major portion the company working on.

      Pros

      No work pressure here. Experienced colleagues are behaving well with freshers and they gave training in Important tools. They are not very stringent in dress code. So we can wear our favourite outfits.

      Cons

      Utilization of resource isn't up to the mark. Bored of being idle. Compensation is very low. They have two appraisals per year but it's not effective for everyone.
