      Pros

      1. The projects are quite good. 2. Lots to learn. 3. Teams are full of young people so its fun. 4. Its a good springboard into a good career.

      Cons

      1. Management was unconcerned about the morale of employees. 2. Salary is too less and the mgmt keeps looking at ways to pay lesser and lesser. 3. Appraisals are biased. 4. Increments/Promotions are non-existent.
