Bad policies for FT employees

None that i can think off apart from getting paid your salary

Cons

No job stability, no bench because its all dependent on your project and client FT employees dont get much benefits at all.. Very high deductible for medical and no 401k match and no salary raises All bonuses, benefits are reserved for the leadership and their reports

Culture has gone from bad to worse in this company

Nothing anymore.. Dont recommend joining except as a contractor for hourly pay

Cons

Delivery managers, RMG are very self centered and only look for themselves and how to use people for client work to make up their numbers .. also this company does multiple violations of h1b visa rules no good projects .. only staffing based developer roles

Friendly co-workers, innovation lab in India

Cons

- No big projects in US, just pure bodyshopping of resumes/resources - you mostly get projects based on clearing interviews with clients - poor benefits - no career path, no mentorship, - 2 weeks notice to get another project else face termination -- unstaffed delivery managers who do no planning and bring 0 revenue get to keep their jobs - hr is no use, they dont do anything except follow orders from delivery managers - top management doesnt take ground feedback except rolling out emails and surveys
