Pros

My role was at a client location directly, so I have no idea what working at Mphasis directly means. However, the very minimal interaction with the mphasis management was fine and there was nothing to cause any problem in the first place.

Cons

Hikes are very poor, I hardly got 9% over two years. Even the quarterly performance component was not paid properly although I was in a niche market competency.

Not much as they have very bad policies

Cons

Very bad policies . For processing h1b visa you have to sign a 2 year service agreement .And the penalty of 3 lakhs if you leave the company before 2 years ...One of the worst policy ..And management is backing this for looting employees money .
