Pros

You will meet mix crowd here. some are very talented and some are average. Good place to work. Very friendly nature people, No politics(At least my manager is very good, I don't know about others) My client is HP so I never feel like I am working at mphasis, I always feel like I am working at HP only. No idea about promotion and hike yet, this review is given after joining 5 months.

Cons

I always find difficulty while connecting with hr (at least in my case) I really don't think any cors here.

No pros, better shut down the company

Cons

too much work pressure, no work life balance. Need to work for 14 to 15 hours per day, any clarifications needs to be discussed with onsite co-ordinator from US timing in late night (after 1 am midnight as per IST), scrum meeting will starts from morning 8 am itself and work load will goes till midnight 1 am. Try to forget about if you have family before joining and by the by if you have girlfriend break up will happen for sure after joining here. All positive reviews are Fake reviews done by company.
