1. Salary irregularities, you will get your salary on 1st/2nd/3rd/4th of next month. 2. Very bad bench policy, you won't get paid after 2 months of bench period. And no once cares once you come to bench. 3. Very poor management. If you get anyone from chennai as manager, he will spoil your work life balance.

1. Always focussed on employer growth: expansion of business in new technology and global office launch however nothing for employees. 2. Specially in Mumbai location, employees are doing too much adjustments as many of common facilities are not provided having only my project doing work from office.
