      * MphasiS overall is fair employees care taker * Parent company policies favors and fosters growth, innovation, inspiration and professional corporate responsibility * Trainings to junior resources excites them , I was lucky to receive 40+ such feedbacks from all my resources

      Cons

      * False committments * Immature Senior Managers * Attrition is ignored * No appreciation, No communication, No Acknowledgement, of the excellent innovation, work , strategies, plans of lowest to highest resources *Few selected Potrays incorrect image of the company

      1. Management is quite transparent in general information 2. Onsite Opportunities are Ok. But Manager need to be un-biased

      Cons

      1. Management or HR need to take care of Employees benefits and they need to re-look at Compensation and Benefits for Senior/ Long Term Employees. Salary for long timer are stagnant. 2. HR/Admin are not bother about Employee need in facility, security of Employee Vehicles.
