Cons

No programs to manage. Hierarchy and anarchy. No growth professionally for deserving people. Much less experienced bosses. No professional environment, no clear transparent policy for identifying talent and retention.

pending too much efforts and resources to go beyond optimized billing and invoicing, not investing in projects. Everybody needs to be billable. Using less than planned resources or very junior Policies are implemented in autocratic fashion No bench policy has resulted into many lost positions , possibly multimillion $ business. For every resource requirement Mphasis goes hiring. Unable to supply even plain technology guys like java,.net developers. Ridiculous. Poor career growth prospects
